Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist - RFID & IoT Asset Tracking

Role Overview

We seek a technical pre-sales professional to drive enterprise sales of RFID/IoT asset tracking solutions. You’ll bridge client needs (IT, manufacturing, lab operations) with our software/hardware offerings, focusing on Fortune 1000 companies and US government agencies. US East Coast working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage CTO, IT, and Operations leaders to map pain points (asset visibility, audit compliance, loss prevention) to Asset Tracking software, RFID tags, and IoT infrastructure
  • Demo real-time tracking solutions, including:
    • Lab equipment calibration management
    • Manufacturing WIP/finished goods tracking
    • IT asset audits for data centers
  • Design proof-of-concept scenarios leveraging RFID/BLE/GPS integrations
  • Collaborate with deployment teams to tailor solutions for challenging environments (clean rooms, oil fields, secure facilities)
  • Train clients on ROI metrics: 80% faster audits, preventive maintenance alerts, and loss reduction

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B pre-sales (IoT, RFID, or enterprise SaaS preferred).
  • Technical fluency in RFID hardware, ERP/CMMS integrations, and sensor networks preferred
  • Proven success selling to pharma, biotech, or industrial sectors
